How to connect the smart doorbell to your phone: 1. Sync the Doorbell with Your Phone: After resetting the camera, download and run the CloudEdge app. Select "Add Device" > "Smart Doorbell" and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4Ghz wifi.

1. Pair the Included Chime with the Doorbell: Press the setting button on the chime to activate it; it will flash red. Then, press the doorbell button to activate the doorbell. If the chime flashes blue, it indicates that the chime has been successfully paired with the doorbell.

How to install the smart doorbell: There are 2 ways to install the video doorbell. Method 1: Use the screws to attach it to the wall. Method 2: For apartment installations that are not suitable for drilling, use the included 3M tape to fix the doorbell to the wall to ensure stability.

How long does the battery last? The battery capacity of the video doorbell is 5200mAh. With normal use, it can last about 3-6 months with an 8-12 hour charge using a 1A charger. Battery life may vary based on setup, usage, and temperature.

Are there any subscription fees? There is a free 7-day Cloud service for new subscription users of the Cloudedge App. After that, 30 days of Cloud Recordings costs $3.99/month or $39.9/year.

Can I connect the doorbell to 5Ghz wifi? No, it only supports 2.4Ghz WiFi. If you have a dual-band (2.4G and 5G) WiFi, you will need to set a separate 2.4G channel.
